Ben Witherington skryf ‘n interessante blog hieroor. Ons sien vandag T-hemde met Fil 4:13 daarop. Soos Superman kan ons nou oor hoë geboue vlieg en gaan waar niemand nog vantevore gegaan het nie.

Die Bybel sê dat Christene burgers van die koninkryk van God is. Maar wat is hierdie koninkryk? Om dit baie eenvoudig te stel: Die koninkryk van God is waar die Koning wat God aangestel het – Jesus Christus – tans heers in en deur die lewens van sy kinders en waar sy wil op aarde net soos in die hemel geskied (Matteus 6:10).

Die sonde wat nie vergewe kan word nie

Alles sal die mense vergewe kan word, al die sondige lastertaal wat hulle praat. Wie egter teen die Heilige Gees laster, word tot in ewigheid nie vergewe nie, maar bly ewig skuldig aan die sonde (Markus 3:28 – 29).
